Coconut Creek Pawn in Coconut Creek, FL

Coconut Creek Pawn Shop was founded as a result of a bet/challenge by a few friends of mine who claimed that the town of Coconut Creek does not permit pawn shops in the city. They argued that it was impossible to open a pawn shop in Coconut Creek. All of them have tried to open in Coconut Creek and had been denied by the city.

Well??? as a special forces officer, the word impossible does not exist in my dictionary. It also helped that I have been a state license Air Conditioning Contractor since 1994 and knew my way around town halls and city building departments. Finding a location was also a challenge. So, after couple of years of hard work CoconutCreek pawn opened its doors in 2012.
